Violet • End-game Wedding Coordination

Violet is perfect for the couple who is excited to do their own wedding planning, but want an experienced professional to organize the details and keep the celebration running smoothly. In the month leading up to your wedding, we confirm your plans with all your professionals to make sure the elements fit together seamlessly. On your special day, we’re calmly by your side – assisting you, directing your event and resolving any unforeseen circumstances – while you and your family get to focus on what’s really important!

Daisy • Wedding Coordination & Planning

In addition to all that’s included in the Violet package, Daisy encompasses full service design and planning. We meet with you to learn how you want your wedding to look and feel, then we plan your perfect celebration within your timeline and budget. Your Daisy wedding will be fully designed and cohesive. We use your style to enliven and enrich your celebration from first invitation to last thank you. Your unique wedding design continues through your reception with your décor, printed items and other elements. In addition to this artistic consultation, we also locate the perfect venue, and find all the right professionals to help you get hitched without a hitch!

Iris • Wedding Coordination, Planning & Staffing

Iris is our most lavish and intricate wedding package. Iris includes all the planning and design assistance from the Daisy package and all the coordination and personal assistance from the Violet package. Iris also includes a full Planned Spontaneity team to decorate your venue, host your celebration, and clean up afterward. We even keep track of your guest count with food selections and special requests.

Iris is perfect for couples whose celebration may be a little further off the beaten path-but they still want to have everything taken care of. With this package, we create a gorgeous unique ambiance for your celebration. You can confidently and say “I Do!” in luxurious style.

Pricing

All event-planning and coordination services are billed hourly at $60/hr. with a 2 hour minimum. A no-obligation initial visit is always free.
